What is the Restoration Program?
Tahoe RCD is dedicated to working with communities, land managers, private landowners, and a wide range of partners to plan, consult on, and implement innovative restoration projects that enhance the environments of the Lake Tahoe Basin. Tahoe RCD helps ensure a sustainable future for the region through a combination of expertise, facilitation, and collaboration. As a conservation focused special district, Tahoe RCD is able to act swiftly and maintain flexibility to make sure project needs are met even when challenges arise. We are able to engage stakeholders in meaningful ways and deliver results in both a timely and cost-effective fashion. Our goal is a better, more sustainable, future for all Lake Tahoe communities and environments.
The Restoration Program is the newest in the suite of successful Tahoe RCD programs. We are excited for the possibilities as our project list grows.
