Is your green thumb feeling a little rusty? Come work on fine tuning your green thumb and learn about Conservation Landscaping at our free Green Thumb Gardening Series, Monday evenings from 5:30-6:30pm in the Lake Tahoe Demonstration Garden (at the Lake Tahoe Community College). Classes are also held at 2 other locations around the lake, Incline Village & Tahoe City!
Classes will cover such topics as native plants, pest management, building healthy soils, conserving water in the garden, Best Management Practices and much more!
These free workshops are presented by Lake Tahoe Master Gardeners.
Classes start June 24th and are free and open to all!

You can now get small BMP retrofit plans approved electronically!! Homeowners, contractors, and consultants can submit plans for small BMP retrofit proposals that disturb less than 7 cubic yards and get an approval online http://tahoebmp.org/SmallBMPRetro.aspx
